Upon account deletion or subscription cancellation, we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., tax and accounting requirements under Indian law for a minimum of 8 years).

  • Nomination: Nominate an individual to exercise your data rights in the event of your death or incapacity, as provided under the DPDPA.

11. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal data, we will take steps to delete such data promptly. As required under the DPDPA, we will obtain verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian before processing any data of a person below 18 years of age.
